EEVZA Beach Volleyball Kid’s Festival will take place on June 29-30, 2019 at the Kremlin beach in the ancient Russian city Velikiy Novgorod

Since 2014 the Kid’s Festival in Velikiy Novgorod was been representing as All-Russian event. It is the most attended beach volleyball competition for young volleyball players in Russia. Every year more than 300 juniors from different regions of Russia participate in the festival.
In 2019, the festival receives official international status EEVZA. Competitions will be held among teams of girls and boys in three age groups: 2003-04 year of birth; 2005-06 year of birth and 2007 year of birth and younger. Games in the senior and middle groups are held according to the formula 2 vs 2, the youngest volleyball players play according to the formula 4 vs 4.
Ten volleyball courts will be installed for competitions on the beach, located on the banks of the Volkhov river in the historic center of the city directly at the walls of the ancient Novgorod Kremlin.
In addition to volleyball competitions, participants and fans will be involved in an interactive program with master classes and various fun contests.
All the participants will be presented the branded t-shirts. Those who occupied the 1-3 places will be awarded by medals, diplomas of appropriate dignity, and gifts from sponsors and organizers.
Applications for participation in the festival are accepted until June 20, 2019. To apply, you need to fill out an electronic form by clicking on the link http://nwvolley.ru/прием-заявок/. There is no entry fee for participation in the festival.
Arrival day – June 28, departure day – July 01. The nearest airport is Pulkovo airport (St. Petersburg). The distance from the airport to Veliky Novgorod is 180 km. Buses run.
Participants are responsible for booking accommodation in Veliky Novgorod. The cost of accommodation – from 25 euros per day per person.
The festival is held by the North-West Volleyball Association and the Volleyball Federation of the Novgorod region with the support of the Volleyball Federation of Russia and the Ministry of sports and youth policy of the Novgorod region. It has acquired sponsorship from the official sponsor Concern «Avrora». Official drink is tea TESS.
